After-sales service
â—†Out perfect after-sales service system provide customers with whole-process support from before sale to after sale, make sure that our customers get products to their best satisfaction and all the problems encountered in use of equipment by the customers are solved in a most convenient and straightforward way.
â—†We will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and training of operators at no cost for the equipment we sold.
â—†We will send our technicians to the customer’s site upon informed to repair equipment whose faults are caused by its internal reasons within 36 hours (no further than 800km) .
â—† Within one year of warranty period, we will repair or replace the damaged parts or assemblies due to poor quality of equipment at no cost, and after the warranty period only repair cost will be charged.
